It was a mince mission. We got seven fallow in eight shots and could have shot more. The .223 with the IAiming thermal scope is lethal. There are not many peafowl left on there but we did see a few. Two deer given to the farm whole, and five to be minced and shared between the farm and the hunters. Hearts, backstraps and eye fillets are not getting minced. I know it is a bit of a waste to mince the hind quarters of a fallow but hey, it will be good mince!
