Blair and Alex started on Yvonne's looking for deer and peacocks. Spider, Liam and I used the quad to cover the back end of Robert's block. Liam, aged 16, was shown the ropes and he had a great time shooting. It was a huge night. The next day was a lot of work but all of the meat was processed before the hunt that night. Spider minced and packed meat all day. Blair and Liam butchered all day. Alex helped me with the plucking work which was fantastic and a huge help. Liam turned out to be a very useful young man and is keen to learn more.
