Help With Logins and Accounts

If you encounter an issue with our website, we hope the information below will help you out. 

Creating an Account

1. Add stuff to your cart.
2. Click "Cart" at the top right of the page.
3. Click the Checkout button (or update cart if you want to change your order or add to it).
4. The Login screen will come up.

There you can either:

• Login as a "Returning Customer",
• "Continue as Guest", or
• Create an account under "New Customer". Then click "Create account and continue".

Following this:

1. Order information page comes up (fill in the info requested).
2. Click "Continue to review".
3. The Review page comes up. Check your info is correct.
4. Click "Pay and complete purchase".
5. The Payment Checkout page comes up. Select "Visa/Mastercard" or "account2account" for a bank transfer. Fill in your details and click "NEXT" at the bottom of the page.

For account2account transactions:

1. Select your bank.
2. Tick "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions".
3. Click "NEXT".
4. It will ask for your Access Number (which is on the back of your card) and your internet banking password (This is completely secure).
5. Click "NEXT"
